Electroplating set for 4 inches silicon wafers, usually dedicated to Nichel plating from Nichel sulfamate-based solutions. By using dedicated jigs, precision plating of semiconductors, MEMS and micromachines is possible. The set features a paddle agitator and is designed with overflow-mechanism, which generates a gentle convection from the base of the tank, while conducting constant filtration.
