The work on a MoS2 memory transistor fabricated in Polifab, already mentioned in this previous post, was recently published in the prestigious journal Advanced Materials by one of our users, Matteo Farronato.
Here the focus is on the neuromorphic applications of the device, and pattern recognition by reservoir computing based on such device is demonstrated.
Members of the Polifab Staff were personally thanked for their help in the fabrication process.
