Description
The K&S Asterion is an automatic wedge bonder with large bond area (300 mm x 300 mm) and pattern recognition capabilities.
It can be programmed with a graphical editor, and the tight process controls ensure consistency and quality of bonding.
It is configured for small Al wire (25 to 75 μm diameter) with 45° feed angle.
The Bond Process Monitoring option (BPM) helps the process control by measuring transducer current and wire elongation.
